Cosel has newly developed a medical power supply with a power of 1500W, expanding the solid and reliable PJMA series

     Cosel Limited has introduced a 1500W medical power supply product, which belongs to the PJMA series. The 1500W PJMA1500F has universal input voltages ranging from 85 to 264VAC and meets international safety standards. PJMA series power supplies are designed for demanding medical applications, suitable for medical floating body (BF) applications, and meet 2MOPP (IN/OUT) and 1MOPP (OUT/FG) safety requirements. Based on a powerful platform, these power supplies have been optimized to provide more cost-effective products for medical applications that require high-quality power solutions. The PJMA series offers four output voltages: 12, 24, 36 and 48VDC.

     Medical applications require a powerful and highly reliable power source that can operate around the world and comply with safety regulations. Based on years of expertise, COSEL power designers have developed an optimization platform to deliver a more cost-effective product without compromising quality and reliability. The PJMA series operates in the "universal input" range of 85 to 264VAC and has a typical efficiency of up to 88% at high pressures.

     Four single output voltages are provided as standard, 12V/125A, 24V/64A, 36V/42A and 48V/32A. At the same time can use the built-in potentiometer to adjust the output voltage. The PJMA series features surge current limiting circuits, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and thermal protection. This series of power supplies is versatile and rugged and can operate in the ambient temperature range from -20 ° C to +70 ° C. Depending on the final device assembly and cooling conditions, derating may occur.

     The PJMA series focuses on medical treatment. The isolation from input to output complies with 2MOPP, its input to ground complies with 1MOPP, and its output to ground complies with 1MOPP. These devices are ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and EN60601-1 Version 3 certified. The PJMA1500F conforms to FCC-A, VCCI-A, CISPR32-A, EN55011-1 and EN55032-A in conduction-emission tests.the PJMA1500F offers a variety of options to meet specific application requirements, including conformal coating (C), low leakage current (G), external potentiometer connector (V), remote control (R), and low speed fan (F4).

      The PJMA series is built into an enclosed galvanized steel box with a fan mounted on the rear side for increased strength and service life. The size of the PJMA1500F is 178 x 61 x 268 mm [7.01 x 2.40 x 10.55 in] (width x height x depth) and the maximum weight is 3.5 kg. With the addition of the PJMA1500F, the PJMA family of power supplies is now available in four models, ranging from 300W to 1500W.
